COMMUNICATIONS SOLUTIONS
National Mortgage Wholesale
ADR provides our full range of services to this nationally recognized financial institution. Beginning in 1994, we provided broadcast fax and fax-on-demand services to their regional wholesale lending centers. As communications technologies evolved, ADR developed email broadcast and web publishing services that utilized existing spreadsheets and provided ongoing assistance and training in such areas as database management and spreadsheet formatting.
The customer recently consolidated its pricing and lock desks from regional offices to a centralized pricing unit at their national operations center. They also streamlined their pricing schedules and reduced the total time it took to prepare, verify, distribute, publish and broadcast rate sheets.
ADR provided support and assistance resulting in a smooth merger of the customer’s broker databases while maintaining regional grouping. At the same time, multiple spreadsheets were consolidated and redesigned with a high quality, consistent look and formatted for publishing to the Web. Using the ListMaker Account Manager, they found it easy to manage multiple regional accounts and maintain regional identity and cost centers at the same time.
This customer now uses our services for all lending divisions and is communicating to thousands of brokers and agents on a daily basis. They also use our voice broadcast services to notify key staff of impending re-prices.
