ADR provides integrated fax and email broadcast services to many professional trade and non-profit organizations.

One of our customers, a statewide golf industry association, needed better database integration with its fax and email communication processes. They were maintaining duplicate sets of data for many combinations of fax groups in such categories as member type, member status and committee membership. They also maintained separate email addresses for other groups using the contact database in their email software.

ADR demonstrated how to create queries in their Microsoft Access member database and use the ListMaker Database Mapping Wizard to create any fax or email broadcast list with information extracted from the database.

We designed an .html document “template” that could be used for combined fax or email announcements using the ’Email first, fax if no email address” option in the ListMaker Broadcast Wizard.

Finally, we enhanced the association’s Employment and Referral Service by implementing fax and email broadcast of job positions with automatic publishing to ADR’s Web servers. Now, they simply link the posted jobs from their website’s Referral Service page.
