This internationally recognized aerospace manufacturer uses the ADR Fax-on-Demand system to store thousands of documents that may be needed at any time by hundreds of suppliers around the world.

The customer required multiple levels of security and control of document availability on a supplier-by- supplier basis.

They wanted to specify proprietary documents that would need to be explicitly authorized for any access by any supplier, and required the option to further restrict or authorize delivery of export restricted documents to any supplier located outside the United States.

Finally, the customer required detailed document delivery reports in a database format in order to audit the activity of every supplier and the documents that are requested and delivered.

ADR designed a custom Fax-on-Demand service with multiple layers of security, including a PIN access ‘front end’ with pre-designated delivery to authorized fax numbers only. We then developed a database interface to manage suppliers and the documents they were authorized to request. This feature was added to ListMaker and provided the customer with complete control over access to proprietary or export restricted documents. ADR provides detailed delivery information so that the customer may verify that suppliers obtain only the documents which they have been granted access.
