“We don’t do pizza flyers, toner cartridges, vacation packages, prescription drugs or anything that might commonly be referred to as spam or junk fax!”
ADR is a Permission-Only service
ADR provides permission-only broadcast services to organizations that have a pre-existing business relationship with groups of people or companies, for example, customers, members, brokers, agents or suppliers.
Databases are owned and maintained by our customers
Our customers own and maintain their database and also provide the fax numbers, phone numbers or email addresses used for delivery through our communications systems. We promote responsible database management and provide concise delivery reports and software tools to our customers that assist them in maintaining the accuracy of their data. ADR doesn’t provide services to anyone who doesn’t own and maintain the list.
ADR Doesn’t Sell or Maintain any Databases
ADR doesn’t sell, maintain, lease, or use any lists or provide fax numbers or email addresses to anyone for any purpose.
Our Customers agree to comply with FCC TCPA Rules
Our customers agree to comply with regulations of the Federal Communications Commission and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991. ADR helps our customers stay informed of changes in the FCC Rules.*
*As of 2005, unless Congress acts, FCC TCPA Regulations will require “written permission” for any fax sent that contains “commercial advertising”. In its broadest interpretation, this includes a trade association sending a golf-event flyer to members, or a mortgage banker sending rates to mortgage brokers. Our Customers, and many organizations like them, are incorporating written permission for both fax and email communications into their membership agreements, broker agreements etc. If your organization wishes to send a fax that contains anything construed by the FCC as “commercial advertising” and you don’t have “written permission” from the people in your groups, you may be in violation of FCC regulations effective January 1, 2005.
