We usually don’t charge for:
- Assistance with Microsoft Office applications, tools and other related software issues or questions
- Assistance in areas such as document formatting, database structuring, importing and exporting, queries, management and reporting, spreadsheet formatting rules, file system management etc.
- Setup, data-cleanup or conversion
Rates start at:
- Monthly service, $49.00 per account
- Fax Broadcast transmissions: $.075 per minute*
- Voice Broadcast transmissions: $.15 per minute*
- Email Broadcast: $.045 per address submitted
- Flexible rate structures are available for high volume web, fax, email, enhanced services and voice broadcast alerts
We invite bid solicitations from your organization and are able to provide competitive proposals with the following information:
- Current outbound Fax, Email or Voice transmissions, monthly volume and ratio
- Preference on volume discounts applied monthly or fixed
- Preference on monthly or fixed term agreements
- Document storage requirements for Web access
- Priority level required or delivery time sensitivity
- Number of accounts, cost centers and users
- Non-profit, not-for-profit or affiliate membership status
- Custom programming, special processes or services, custom reports
